What guarantees do I have that I will receive the book?

As soon as you make your payment, we will send you an email in which we guarantee your purchase. With this email you will know that the transaction has been carried out. Likewise, at the time we make your shipment, you will receive an email with the corresponding guide number with which you can track your package.

 

Does my purchase generate an order code?

Yes, every purchase made through our platform is identified with an order code.

 

How do I know the order code for my purchase?

In the email you receive after your purchase, the order number is indicated.

 

Can I pay with my Colombian credit card?

Yes. You can use a national or international credit card through our PayU payment system.

LuaBooks makes its shipments through the company 4-72, The Official Postal Network of Colombia, which in turn has alliances with postal networks at an international level and certifies the correct handling, shipping and delivery of our books.

How long will the book arrive?

The delivery time depends on the address to which we must send the book. In the city of Bogotá, the average is 2 to 3 business days. At the national level, the book can take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. At the international level, the estimated time changes according to each country.

 

Do you ship books outside of Colombia?

Yes. We ship to any country in the world. Take advantage and ask for the one you like the most!

 


How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on where we should send the shipment. Enter the data of the country and city to which you want us to send the book and the platform will automatically indicate the cost of the shipment.

I have not received the email with the guide number, what should I do?

Delays in deliveries do not depend on LuaBooks, but on the transport company. If you did not receive your order, check the tracking number that we have sent you.
LuaBooks is not responsible for the delays of the transport companies. We only guarantee the prompt shipment of your package, which will be sent 24 hours after your purchase is made.
Remember that if you made the purchase on a weekend or long weekend, the shipment is made the next business day and this may be the delay in which you receive the mail.

 

The book has not arrived yet and the estimated time it would take to arrive has passed, what should I do?

There is an error in the shipping address in the postal company's guide, what can I do?

When you realize that there is an inaccuracy in the shipping address, you must notify us as soon as possible. In most cases the postal company does not allow modifications to the guides, but we may be lucky and there is an exception. If not, the book will go to the address you gave us and the postal company will make the return once they realize that the address is wrong. In one of these cases, you must bear in mind that the book will take as long as it takes to ship, return the package and a future shipment with the correct corrections.

 

They called me from LuaBooks to verify my address. This is normal?

Yes. Sometimes we confirm your address to certify that your shipment is to the correct location. In this call we never ask for personal data.
